It is easy to forget that there are sights in Singapore. The National Museum of Singapore, for example, has some well hidden gems that rewards a visit. In particular, the “Living Galleries” featuring “Film & Wayang” and “Photography” are incredibly well presented and more than make up for their limitations of content.

Speaking of good photography, my friend Philipp has a wonderful, if wordless, photo blog over at www.uebersee.com.sg where there are several images there which provide a sense of context to the rather abstract conception of Singapore.
